CSIS Smart Global Health Essay Contest
One of the really interesting things about this contest is that while students (undergraduate or graduate level) can compete against each other students for two prizes, younger students, and indeed, ANYONE, can compete for two additional prizes.

While this seems like an interesting competition, it’s worth noting that students will have to compete against writers of all ages, and that the judges reserve the right not to award the prize. Students who are really into economics might want to pursue this, but others may decide this is a good one to take a pass on.
