Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives Scholarship
The Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives Scholarship Foundation will offer scholarships of $1,000 to seniors whose parents are customers of the cooperative.
